At Nio Teas®, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every brew; if your tea does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Please note that for food safety reasons, returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return within 30 days of delivery.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the unopened tea products in their original mailer and include a note with your RMA number before shipping them back to us.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
